Registration Policy​
1. Payment: Cash or E-transfer is accepted. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Registration will be per term (about 3 month period e.g. Sep-Dec).
3. Registration form and payment must be received for student to be registered. Please note: Payment will not be accepted until registration form has been completed.
4. Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of each term. If payment is not received by on the day of the payment deadline December 29th 12PM (Vancouver time), the student's spot will NOT be kept.
5. 5. All lesson fees are subject to 5% GST.

Missed Classes/Rescheduling Policies
1. Sick leave must be reported at least 3 hours in advance. Personal leave must be reported at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a credit will NOT be applied.
2. Each student is entitled to 2 credits per term, meaning that 2 missed classes can be rescheduled to the following unpaid term.
3. If there is availability in a different class, a make-up class may also be scheduled to make up for the missed class, at the discretion of the organizers.
4. For a make-up class, a credit will be used.
