Registration Policy​
1. Payment may be made by cash or E-Transfer. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Registration is conducted on a term basis (each term is approximately 3 months, for example, April to June).
3. Students must first submit the registration form. Payment will only be accepted after the registration form has been completed and confirmed. The club will not accept payment prior to form submission.
4. The tuition payment deadline for this term is March 16 at 12:00 PM (Vancouver time). If payment is not received by the deadline, the student’s spot will not be reserved.
5. All course fees are subject to 5% GST.

Missed Classes/Rescheduling Policies
1. Sick leave must be reported at least 3 hours in advance; personal leave must be reported at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will not be eligible for a make-up.
2. Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward class fee; however, students may request a make-up class in accordance with this policy.
3. Each student is entitled to 2 make-up credits per term. Each scheduled make-up class will use 1 credit. Make-up classes are arranged only if space is available and may be scheduled within the current term or a subsequent term (camps excluded).
4. Once a make-up class has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If the student does not attend as scheduled, one make-up credit will still be deducted.
